Veh Group LLC was established in 2005 to develop and market new innovative technologies one of which was a new high value technology of neon power supply units. Since then it has grown to a holding company with 4 subsidiaries operating in different industries. All these companies now offer products, services and solutions that capitalize on high tech solutions developed in-house by the companies professional staff.

Presently, the company represents four business entities. They are the following:
- Kids entertainment: Photo-personalization technology implemented in product called Multix, with the help of which any child can see him/herself in his/her favorite animated cartoon.
- Kids entertainment: Membership-based online kids entertainment club which offers quality entertainment to children with educational and developmental content for them.
- Traditional (2D) animation studio creating animated cartoons and other animation for children.
- Sound recording: State-of-the-art recording studio SONOREC ®
- Advertising: production of TV commercials (traditional and 3D animation, video shooting)

All these businesses operate sharing the common values of the holding company under the latter's corporate governance.
